【Ensalada (SALAD) 】
Ingredients 
  *1 avocado cut into bite-sized pieces
*1 hard boiled egg, chopped
*1/2 pack green beans, chopped
*1/2 carrots, chopped
*Greenpeace 
*1 hotdog, cut in bite-sized pieces
*1 potato, cut in two bite-sized pieces
*Salt to taste
*Mayonnaise to taste
【POLLO GUISADO (CHICKEN STEW) 】
 Ingredients
  *Qty 6, chicken thighs with bone
*1/4 onion
*1/4 green onion pieces
*2000ml water
*1 tomato
*Salt to taste
*TRIGUISAR 
 Columbian powdered seasoning to taste 
*Cassava
Instructions
  1.Boil hotdog and vegetables together in saucepan

2.When vegetables are heated through, remove from heat

3.When cool, drain water. Add avocado and eggs them mix. Season with salt to taste

4.Add mayonnaise to your desire and mix again
Ingredients  
  1.Bring 2 liter pot of water to boil. Add chicken thighs, onion, and green onions.

2.Boil for 30 minutes. At 20 minutes add tomato and Columbian powdered seasoning.

3.When heated through, adjust seasoning with salt.


Cassava Serve with boiled

*TRIGUISAR

【Sopa de Lentejas (LENTIL SOUP) 】
Ingredients 
*120g lentils
*1/4 onion, chopped
*1/2 package green beans
*1/2 carrots, chopped
*2 potatoes, chopped
*Chicken consume
*Salt to taste
*2500ml water 
*500ml water, set aside
Instructions
1.Add 500ml of water to saucepan. Add lentils and wash lightly

2.Boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and discard water

3.In a separate pan add 500ml of water, onions, carrots and green beans

4.Bring to a boil then add potatoes and consume

5.Simmer for 5 minutes. Add lentils and season with salt to taste
