General meeting of 2014 was held on the 6th floor, Chigasaki City Hall
branch office on June 7th.
After greeting by Chairperson Mr.Ishii, we had the congratulations of Mr.Hirose,
city council chairman. The General Assembly meeting begins.
Mr.Kobayashi Takao is elected as the chairman.
Ms.Matsunobu Nobuko and Ms.Suzuki Yuko have been appointed as the secretary.

General Assembly reviewed 2013 activity report, accounting report and 2014
activities plan.
There was a description of the proposed budget. It was approved respectively.
At the end of the General Meeting, introduction and approval of 12 new
directors of 2014-2015 along with 4 company corporate directors and 2 auditors.
General Meeting ended as scheduled.

| Anniversary Ceremony |
In the afternoon, Anniversary Ceremony began after the General Meeting.
Many distinguished guests attended 30th anniversary.
Chairperson Mr.Ishii Greetings, the congratulatory message from Chigasaki mayor Mr. Hattori and Tourism Association Chairperson Mr. Tanaka.
Opening ceremony began with Ms. S (a member of the band and IAC) by unveiling
Indonesian folk song performed by the gamelan band "Bapang Sari"
.
Then, there was a description of the activities of the IAC by the slide presentation.
Finally party began with a toast by Mr. Nakayama Heiwa-Gakuen Principal.

 Letter-of-Appreciation presentation |

| A Letter of Appreciation and the souvenirs were presented to ten members
of IAC who had many distinguished years of service, by Chairperson Ishii. |
|

The people involved at the time of IAC establishment, the representative of an exchange organization, the foreign teacher of the linguistic class, etc. were invited as guests.
Many dishes by a Korean study classroom volunteers were very popular and
brought great excitement to the ceremony!!

| Support money was presented to Ms. Arimura who was present as a guest and who is supported in the child education of Laos |

 Gamelan Performance Showcase
|
| |
| During the last half of the party, the King of the forest dance (Margapati)
and the Bali mask dance (Topeng Keras) were performed while music was provided
by the gamelan band. Guests were invited to participate creating an exciting
party atmosphere. |
