International Association of Chigasaki (IAC) will hold an event to support Ukrainian refugees.
All admission fees will be donated to the Embassy of Ukraine in Japan. Donations at the venue will be donated to those who have evacuated to Chigasaki from Ukraine.
There will be two events, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Date: Saturday, October 1, 2022
 Morning session: 10:00 a.m. ~12:00 p.m. (Doors open at 9:40 a.m.)
 Afternoon session: 2:00 p.m. ~4:00 p.m. (Doors open at 1:40 p.m.)
Venue: Chigasaki Civic Hall 1F Mini-Hall
Admission: Each session ¥1,000
Number of attendees: Maximum 64 for morning session, 64 for afternoon session

The event will be in two parts as below.

 Part I: Chigasaki-based American Daniel Dolan, Ph.D.will give a lecture on his support activities for displaced people in Ukraine.And talk session by people from Ukraine who came to Chigasaki for evacuation(50 min.).
 Break: 10 min.
 Part 2: Bandura performance and singing by Kateryna. (60 min.)

In addition, with the cooperation of “Earth Plaza”, we will exhibit the prize-winning paintings of Ukrainian children at the Kanagawa Biennial World Children’s Art Exhibition.
